I help people who wanted to change their sedentary lifestyle into an active lifestyle. I personally believe that everyone is capable of achieving an active lifestyle if they have the support that they can get.

Most people have tried dieting and exercising but few are successful due to the lack of support from someone who can help them do the right strategies that suit their current status.

Everyone is different so I'm a firm believer that personalized or customized coaching is the best strategy.

I help clients discover which type of physical activities suits them. I believe that if someone likes what they are doing, their chances of losing weight or getting healthier are higher compared to forcing them to do an exercise program that they hate.

Common mistakes people do when starting an exercise program is they follow what most people do even though they don't really like it. These can result in abandoning the entire program which also creates a bad relationship with going to gyms or certain physical activities.

I help clients discover which food or nutrition approach they can do which is more sustainable in the long term. I personally don't do any dieting program as I believe we have different likings and tastes. So imposing diet plans to clients are not my thing. 

My approach to clients when it comes to nutrition is base on the Partitioning of Macros. This approach is more holistic. For example, if someone's priority is to lose weight I could customize her food into eating more portion on protein or fats and lesser on carbs with a lesser total amount of calories on each meal.

The most common mistake people do when trying to lose weight is they cut too many calories with their meals. Which makes them hungry and difficult to sustain.

I help clients understand the different approaches that are viable to them and avoid fad diets that are unsustainable in the long term. By having the right support they can have a better relationship with foods.
